Essential Oils…Where To Start!

New to essential oils?  Here are my top 5 picks for single oils.  Check out the description and ways to incorporate the oils into your healthy routine.

Frankincense

Frankincense oil is produced from the resin of the Boswellia sacra tree grown in Somalia.

Aromatic Description:  warm, spicy, clean
